Restore. Reclaim. Reignite.
The Time is Now.
The experience: This intimate group coaching program includes ten monthly, 2-hour, live workshops (via Zoom) led by Gena from late September 2023 through June 2024, with themes of restoring the essence of your true self, reclaiming your unique genius and sacred treasures within, and reigniting your inner light. We all carry within an eternal source of energy and aliveness like a pilot light, yet challenges in life can dim us; this program is here to help you radiate the full potential of your spark. You will feel vibrant, aligned with your wildest dreams, more confident, more purposeful, and more like the "real" you. The most sacred relationship in our lifetime is the relationships with our own self; this program will provide you with tools to deepen your relationship to yourself, while forming friendships to last a lifetime.

Overview: When a group of ten strangers comes together, a unique alchemy occurs—there is an invitation and freedom to be our truest selves, unburdened by narratives and scripts of how we "should" be. The healing power of showing up authentically and being seen by compassionate eyes cannot be overstated, for it illuminates key facets of what makes us each unique, encouraging us to embrace the full spectrum of who we are. There is also a powerful force of healing and empowerment when we unearth treasures within for the group to witness and honor—vulnerably sharing these parts of ourselves sends the resounding message, "I matter; all of me matters."

The magic of small group workshops stems from sharing life's hardships and triumphs, reaffirming our collective humanity, feeling less alone, and offering solace, inspiration, and the courage to pursue our wildest dreams, to overcome obstacles, to unlock our full potential, and to seize joy.

This experience is for you if you are craving deeper connections and a special community, feeling burned out or stuck, yearning for more out of life, seeking joy, coping with fears or grief, wanting to harness your intuition and boost confidence, dreaming of more for your work or life, looking for support to build better habits and reach goals, desiring to unleash your creativity, or curious about self-discovery. Introverts, extroverts, and ambiverts are welcome!

Overview of Workshops
Workshop 1: Authentically Connecting to our True Selves and to One Another
We will delve into the magic of our unique stories—navigating this brutiful thing called life—building trust and connections across the group to set a safe, strong, and comfortable foundation for the duration of the program, while setting intentions for our time together.
Workshop 3: Unique Genius
We all hold unique genius, or special ways of approaching our lives and work, that set us apart. When we identify our unique genius and anchor our personal and professional lives to activate our gifts, it leads to deeper fulfillment and a greater sense of purpose and energy. You will more clearly see your unique genius and understand how to activate it.
Workshop 5: New Year Intentions + Wellness Wheel of Life
We will reflect on 2023, take inventory and map out the fundamental elements of our lives, and set our sights on how we want to boost aspects of our lives towards greater fulfillment, well-being, and balance in the New Year.
Workshop 7: Somatic Coaching
Our bodies house our minds, hearts, and souls and hold wisdom stored deep within us, ancestral memories, joys, and pain. By learning what various sensations mean in our bodies, and connecting these to deeper wisdom, our bodies become a powerful tool to tap into our intuition, heal, and step into a more integrated way of being.
Workshop 9: Mindfulness as a Gateway to Inner Peace
Using Byron Katie's, The Work method, we will gain mindfulness over broken record thought patterns that are causing us suffering, break those entrenched mindsets, and choose a more empowered, healthy relationship to our thoughts.

“Your beliefs become your thoughts,
Your thoughts become your words,
Your words become your actions,
Your actions become your habits,
Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny.”
― Mahatma Gandhi
Workshop 2: Deepening our Relationship with Fear, Permission, and Enchantment
Inspired by Liz Gilbert’s book, Big Magic, we will write leters to the most sacred parts of ourselves and share our insights with one another, with the themes of inviting in compassion, trust, permission, and enchantment.
Workshop 4: From Inner Critic to Inner Guide; Healing Imposter Phenomenon
We will gain awareness of our inner critic, and identify the coping mechanisms (such as perfectionism and people-pleasing) and social forces (racism, misogyny, etc.) that form the roots of imposter phenomenon, honor our inner guide, and shed that which no longer serves us, reaching an empowered place of inner belonging.
Workshop 6: Dreaming Big
We will identify our wildest dreams and recognize that which seems impossible is often within the realm of possibility, while setting intentions and crafting baby steps to bring our visions to life.

Workshop 8: Building Better Boundaries
Boundaries are our superpowers. When we are clear on our needs, desires, and limits and communicate them from a place of authenticity, truth, and groundedness, we foster healthier relationships. "Daring to set boundaries is about having the courage to love ourselves, even when we risk disappointing others." ~Brené Brown
Workshop 10: A Farewell Ritual to Set Your Vision into Motion
Endings are as sacred as beginnings, and as such, we will devote this final session to reflect on our time together, celebrate the transformative journeys undertaken, express gratitude to one another, and create creative mementos to carry your vision and spirit of the program forward into the future—embracing the connections formed and the parts of ourselves we've restored, reignited, and reclaimed.
Meet Gena
One of my greatest passions is leading group coaching programs, for there is nothing more fulfilling than witnessing a group of strangers coming together, forming profound bonds, sparking joy, experiencing profound and lasting transformation with my workshops as catalysts, and leaving with friendships and memories to last a lifetime.
I have extensive experience leading group coaching workshops as a facilitator for retreats abroad; as a Founding Guide (coach) for CHIEF, a women’s membership organization focused on leadership; and as a coach for Chief of Staff peer groups. I also have a thriving private practice in which I coach clients 1:1. With over 1000 hours of coaching experience, I am currently completing my ICF PCC certification.

Working with Gena as my life and executive coach for the past three years has been a game-changer. Her workshops, discussions, and exercises are truly immersive experiences that have guided me through an incredible journey of self-discovery. Gena's expertise and compassionate approach have helped me uncover my true potential, leading to profound personal growth and success in my career. Her thoughtfully curated sessions have provided invaluable tools for navigating both professional challenges and personal relationships. I cannot recommend Gena enough – she is a remarkable coach who has made a lasting, positive impact on my life.
Nikisha B., Philadelphia
I have been in one of Gena's coaching groups for three years and cannot recommend her highly enough. Her well-rounded knowledge and acute understanding of clients is unapparelled; she holds deep compassion for the people she works with while simultaneously holding them strongly accountable for the progress they desire and intend to make – it’s nothing short of magic, I’m convinced.
Shawna B., Los Angeles
This is so tough for me because I do not know how to distill the impact Gena has had into anything short of a novel. However, I will say that working with Gena has brightly illuminated my path and given me confidence in my knowledge of my self and of my strengths. Gena's coaching has facilitated so much growth and resilience over the last few years and not just for me - I've witnessed the impact it's had on others with awe. I heartily and heartfully recommend Gena to anyone looking to deepen their self-knowledge and strengthen their leadership skills.

The House of Belonging
by David Whyte
I awoke this morning in the gold light turning this way and that thinking for a moment it was one day like any other. But the veil had gone from my darkened heart and I thought it must have been the quiet candlelight that filled my room, it must have been the first easy rhythm with which I breathed myself to sleep, it must have been the prayer I said speaking to the otherness of the night.
And I thought this is the good day you could meet your love, this is the gray day someone close to you could die. This is the day you realize how easily the thread is broken between this world and the next and I found myself sitting up in the quiet pathway of light, the tawny close grained cedar burning round me like fire and all the angels of this housely heaven ascending through the first roof of light the sun has made. This is the bright home in which I live, this is where I ask my friends to come, this is where I want to love all the things it has taken me so long to learn to love.
This is the temple of my adult aloneness and I belong to that aloneness as I belong to my life.
There is no house like the house of belonging.
