Individual Coaching Offerings

I serve as a supportive and compassionate sounding board to help you maximize your potential, dream big, and reach your goals. Coaching sessions will guide you inward to peel away layers of what is holding you back while boosting your sense of self and honoring innate strengths. It’s both a shedding and a reclaiming to help you become more of the "real" you. Career, life, leadership, and executive coaching are practice areas I have extensively trained in, with specialties including navigating change, discovering deeper purpose, healing from burnout, embracing an embodied and integreated leadership style, and designing a next personal or professional chapter.

1:1 Coaching Packages

I offer a coaching package of six, 60-minute coaching sessions by phone or Zoom, scheduled every two weeks or at your convenice. Six sessions allows us to build trust, delve deep, set and reach goals, and achieve real change.

LA Sunset Beach Walk Coaching Sessions

There is perhaps nothing more powerful than the healing force of nature in reminding us of our essence, mirroring universal truths, guiding us to a place of peace within, and inspiring a sense of hope.

Walking is a kind of moving meditation, while being near the ocean offers rejuvenating fresh air and the ebb and flow of the surf like nature's heartbeat. Sunsets are our greatest masterpieces in their unique and shifting colors and textures.

For these reasons, I am excited to offer sunset walk-and-talk 1:1 coaching sessions along the beach to LA clients (precise location provided upon booking).

Rate: $300/session. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to an organization helping to solve the climate crisis.

“Nature’s peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves."
