Restore. Reclaim. Reignite.
The Time is Now.

The experience: This intimate group coaching program includes six, 90-minute, live workshops (via Zoom); five, 60-minute group coaching sessions to learn the art of coaching and integrate learnings (via Zoom); a dedicated WhatsApp group; one 1:1 coaching session; and resources and exercises to support you in stepping into integrated, embodied, conscious leadership.

Workshop themes focus on restoring the essence of your true self, reclaiming your unique genius and sacred treasures within, and reigniting your inner flame. We all carry within an eternal source of energy and aliveness like a pilot light, yet challenges in this messy thing called life can dim us; this program is here to help you radiate the full potential of your spark. You will walk away with different frameworks, tools, and modalities to enrich your life, and feel vibrant, aligned with your wildest dreams, more confident, more purposeful, and more like the "real" you.

The most sacred relationship in our lifetime is the one with our own self. This program will provide you with tools to deepen your relationship with yourself and to enhance self-awareness and mindfulness, while forming friendships to last a lifetime.

Background When a small group of strangers comes together, a unique alchemy occurs—there is an invitation and freedom to be our truest selves, unburdened by narratives and scripts of how we "should" be. The healing power of showing up authentically and being seen by compassionate eyes cannot be overstated, for it illuminates key facets of what makes us each unique, encouraging us to embrace the full spectrum of who we are. There is also a powerful force of healing and empowerment when we unearth treasures within for the group to witness and honor—vulnerably sharing these parts of ourselves sends the resounding message, "I matter; all of me matters."

This experience is for you if you are craving deeper connections and a special community, navigating change, feeling burned out or stuck, yearning for more out of life, seeking joy, coping with fears or grief, wanting to harness your intuition and boost confidence, dreaming of more for your work or life, looking for support to build better habits and reach goals, desiring to unleash your creativity, or curious about self-discovery. Introverts, extroverts, and ambiverts are welcome!

We all hold unique genius, or special ways of approaching our lives and work, which sets us apart. You will more clearly see your unique genius and understand how to activate it.

Inspired by Byron Katie, we will delve into a framework to gain mindfulness around certain thoughts that cause us suffering, known as limiting beliefs, and learn how to release these thoughts. We will also discover the power of buildig healthy boundaries towards stepping into our full potential and honoring our well-being. Using exercises, we will apply these frameworks to real-live experiences.

Workshop 2: Deepening our Relationship with Fear, Permission, and Enchantment

Workshop 4: From Inner Critic to Inner Guide; Healing Imposter Phenomenon

We will gain awareness of our inner critic, and identify the coping mechanisms (such as perfectionism and people-pleasing) and social forces (racism, misogyny, etc.) that form the roots of imposter phenomenon, honor our inner guide, and shed that which no longer serves us, reaching an empowered place of true belonging.

Workshop 6: Dreaming Big and

A Farewell Ritual to Set Your Vision into Motion

Endings are as sacred as beginnings, and as such, we will devote this final session to reflect on our time together, celebrate the transformative journeys undertaken, express gratitude to one another, and create creative mementos to carry your vision and spirit of the program forward into the futureembracing the connections formed and the parts of ourselves we've restored, reignited, and reclaimed.

Meet Gena

One of my greatest passions is leading group coaching programs, for there is nothing more fulfilling than witnessing a group of strangers coming together, forming deep bonds, sparking joy, experiencing profound and lasting transformation, stepping into their full potential, and leaving with friendships to last a lifetime.

I have extensive experience facilitating group coaching and leading workshops and retreats abroad, with over 500 hours of group coaching as a Founding Guide (coach) for CHIEF, a women’s membership organization focused on leadership, and as a coach for Chief of Staff peer groups. I also have a thriving private practice in which I coach clients 1:1. With over 1500 hours of coaching experience, I am currently completing my ICF PCC certification.

Working with Gena as my life and executive coach for the past three years has been a game-changer. Her workshops, discussions, and exercises are truly immersive experiences that have guided me through an incredible journey of self-discovery. Gena's expertise and compassionate approach have helped me uncover my true potential, leading to profound personal growth and success in my career. Nikisha B., Philadelphia

I have been in one of Gena's coaching groups for three years and cannot recommend her highly enough. Her well-rounded knowledge and acute understanding of clients is unapparelled; she holds deep compassion for the people she works with while simultaneously holding them strongly accountable for the progress they desire and intend to make – it’s nothing short of magic, I’m convinced.

Shawna B., Los Angeles

This is so tough for me because I do not know how to distill the impact Gena has had into anything short of a novel. However, I will say that working with Gena has brightly illuminated my path and given me confidence in my knowledge of my self and of my strengths. Gena's coaching has facilitated so much growth and resilience over the last few years and not just for me - I've witnessed the impact it's had on others with awe. I heartily and heartfully recommend Gena to anyone looking to deepen their self-knowledge and strengthen their leadership skills.

The House of Belonging

by David Whyte

I awoke this morning in the gold light turning this way and that thinking for a moment it was one day like any other. But the veil had gone from my darkened heart and I thought it must have been the quiet candlelight that filled my room, it must have been the first easy rhythm with which I breathed myself to sleep, it must have been the prayer I said speaking to the otherness of the night.

And I thought this is the good day you could meet your love, this is the gray day someone close to you could die. This is the day you realize how easily the thread is broken between this world and the next and I found myself sitting up in the quiet pathway of light, the tawny close grained cedar burning round me like fire and all the angels of this housely heaven ascending through the first roof of light the sun has made. This is the bright home in which I live, this is where I ask my friends to come, this is where I want to love all the things it has taken me so long to learn to love.

This is the temple of my adult aloneness and I belong to that aloneness as I belong to my life.

There is no house like the house of belonging.
